  • 2015 Sangiovese

Done in the style of an Italian chianti, this is a lighter bodied, fruit forward yet dry style of table wine. Vanilla, mulberry and a hint of leather this wine would be awesome with a hearty meal of spinach and cheese stuffed ravioli. Salud!
  • 2014 Tempranillo

    $23 bottle, $19.55 wine club, $8 glass

  • Talon

    $27 bottle, $22.95 wine club, $8 glass
A bold, dry red. We utilized a process called cyro-maceration during fermentation to extract derp color and gripping tannis. This blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Petite Sirah and Sangiovese has lots of oak character and notes of mocha, raisins and licorice. This is a "go to" wine for lean, grass fed Texas beef seared on the grill.
  • Empty Sea

    $22 bottle, $21.25 wine club, $8 glass
A dry blend of Merlot, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. All grape variety's grown on the Blue Ostrich estate and individually aged in oak barrels for a year then blended to smokey, toasty perfection. Great accompaniment to puffy beef tacos or seared ahi tuna.
  • Full Quill Petie Sirah

    $27 bottle, $22.95 wine club, $8 glass
A dry red wine with a big jammy character. Petite Sirah is frequently used as a blending wine to help enhance color, but it is also very enjoyable as a stand alone varietal wine. 100% Petite Sirah grown in Paso Robles.
