Sweet Wine Styles

  • 2017 Blanc Du Bois

Like biting into a crisp delicious apple. Semi Sweet. Chill for maximum enjoyment on hot days.
  • 2 Muscateers

A 50/50 blend of two cultivars, Muscat L’Orange and Muscat Canelli. The grapes hail from Terry County, high on the Llano Estacado. Dry drinkers don’t be shy with this one. Effervescent and lightly sweet, it drinks like a prosecco. Serve COLD.
  • Lantana

Semi sweet and light bodied in the style of a German white wine. Chill and serve with spicy cuisine like chicken wings or cheese and jalapeño tostadas.
  • GIGI

Our sweet white Moscato wine is made from the Muscat Giallo grape. “Giallo” is the Italian word for yellow, and Muscat Giallo is a large yellow grape grown our estate and picked at maximum sweetness.
  • Cielo

Our top selling and award winning sweet red blend. Aromas of berry, plum and vanilla. Beautiful dark red, best when served lightly chilled.

  • 2016 Dolcetto

Light on tannins and moderately fruity, our Blue Ostrich Dolcetto is a light to medium bodied dry red wine.
  • Tempranillo

Estate grown. Aged 9 months in American oak barrels. Aromas and flavors of tobacco, leather and herb. Dry, red and full bodied. Great with sliced smoked brisket!
